ウガンダ北部のメデ村の様子。
CUFIでは子どもたちにノートと鉛筆を届けました。
記念にみんなで写真を撮りました。
そしてみんなでご飯も分け合います。
子どもたちに栄養ある温かいご飯を。
ちなみにウガンダの主食は、「ポショ」
トウモロコシの粉をお湯で練って作った白いお餅のようなものです。
味気ないシンプルな味ですが、豆や野菜の入った煮込みスープをかけて食べると、
おいしいです。
6月24，25日、安房西高校文化祭があり、JRC部でウガンダ支援バザーを開催しました。
支援バザーを行うにあたっては、市内のかにた村より品物を提供いただきました。
また、ウガンダの教育環境をまとめた展示やこれまでの支援金が何に使われているのかをまとめた展示を作成し、来場者へ関心を持ってもらうよう取り組みました。
今年もバザーの収益や皆さんからの温かいご寄付は、ウガンダ意識向上協会を通じて、
子どもたちの教育支援や生活支援に充てられます。

Awa-Nishi JRC members held supporting bazzar for Uganda at school festival.
They made posters to tell an educational environment of children there to visiters.
この写真は、メデで私たち（ウガンダ意識向上協会）と一緒に活動しているコミュニティの人々です。前方には、休暇中に寄宿学校から戻ったときに私たちがサポートしている子供たちの面倒を見て世話をしている、偉大な祖母と孤児の保護者の一部です。
This is the community that we work with in Mede, and in the front line are some of the great wonderful old grandmothers and guardians of the orphans who keep and look after the children that we support when they return from boarding schools during holidays.

クリスマスは1年の中でも大きなイベント。
子どもたちはとても楽しみにしています。
「クリスマスの飾りつけをして、素晴らしい一日の準備をします。子どもたちは大興奮、
このコミュニティの祭典を肌で感じてもらえるようにしています。」と、
ウガンダ意識向上協会のセンパラさんは言います。
さてクリスマス当日、机には普段食べないような豪華な料理も並びます。

ウガンダ意識向上協会では、クリスマスシーズン、北部メデ村の子どもたちに新しい服をプレゼント。

Sub: A thank you message for the funds that you raised for CUFI.
On behalf of Consciousness Uganda Foundation and that of its beneficiary,
I take this chance to inform you that the funds that you raised for us during
the bazar you organized was well received on the organization’s bank
Account after being sent to us by Mr. Nobuo Aizawa. We thank you so much
for your continued support that has been coming our way ever since Mr. Nobuo
Aizawa connected us together with you.
This gift of funds will be put to good use to benefit the lives of the
orphan children we serve whoalso send their greetings during this time of
Christmas festivals and the coming New Year 2017. Once again we appreciate
your generosity, friendship and brotherhood you have shown us and may God
bless you abundantly. As for the members who are about to finish school in
